Welcome to the Trinity Fit Elite Virtual Program, where your fitness journey is fully customized and guided by Coach Eddie, IFBB Pro. This is not a cookie-cutter program. Everything is built specifically around you, your goals, and your lifestyle.
You’ll receive a customized meal plan designed to fit your preferences while still aligning with your fitness goals. This approach makes your nutrition realistic, sustainable, and effective for long-term results.
Your workout program is also tailored specifically to you, based on your goals whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, strength, or glute development. Programs run in 8-week phases and are adjusted as you progress.
You’ll have 24/7 access to Coach Eddie through the app for support, guidance, and accountability, giving you the experience of having a coach with you at all times.
Each month includes two Zoom check-ins, one at the beginning to set goals and one at the end to review progress. You’ll also complete weekly check-ins with weight and progress photos so adjustments can be made as needed.
As your body changes, your plan changes. Nutrition and training are continuously adjusted to keep you progressing and getting results.
